📱 Method 1 — Remove Alerts + Uninstall the App (Fastest)
If you have active appointment alerts, open My Alerts in the app and remove them — this immediately deletes your watched centers, date filters, and push token association from our servers. Then uninstall the app, which deletes all locally stored data:
- App preferences (theme, onboarding state)
- Locally cached appointment data
- Firebase anonymous authentication session
iOS: Long-press the app icon → Remove App → Delete App.
Android: Long-press the app icon → App info → Uninstall.
Any alerts you leave behind expire automatically (at most 60 days) and are then deleted, and invalid push tokens are pruned automatically.
📧 Method 2 — Email a Data Deletion Request
For data held by our service providers (crash reports, purchase records) or to have us delete everything tied to your anonymous session on your behalf:
- Send an email to info@kovanapps.com.
- Subject line: “Global Entry Slot Finder – Data Deletion Request”
- No identifier is required — we can process the request without one. If you purchased Pro, mention the store (Apple or Google) and approximate purchase date.
We will respond within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.
🌍 Method 3 — Third-Party Data Deletion (Advanced)
You may also request deletion directly from each third-party service the App uses:
- Google (Firebase): myaccount.google.com → Data & privacy.
- RevenueCat (purchase records): Email support@revenuecat.com, or ask us via Method 2 and we will do it on your behalf.
- Apple / Google (payment records): Held by the stores; see privacy.apple.com or myaccount.google.com.
