Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Global Entry Slot Finder mobile application (“App”, “Service”) available on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS), operated by Kovan Apps Yazılım Ltd. Şti. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Global Entry Slot Finder displays the soonest available Global Entry (Trusted Traveler Programs) interview appointments at US enrollment centers, using publicly available data from the official TTP scheduler. Browsing every center is free. An optional one-time Pro unlock adds appointment alerts: the App’s servers keep checking your chosen centers and send you a push notification when a matching appointment opens. Appointments are always booked by you, on the official ttp.cbp.dhs.gov website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should use the App only with parental guidance.

3. What the App Does NOT Do

• It does not book, hold, reserve, or cancel appointments — booking happens only on the official website, by you, with your own Login.gov account.
• It does not guarantee that you will obtain any appointment. Appointments are extremely competitive and may be taken by others before you complete booking.
• It does not affect your Global Entry application, eligibility, or status in any way.
• It does not provide legal or immigration advice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the App to:

• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt CBP/TTP systems or any government service
• Scrape, mine, or attempt to extract data from the App’s backend in bulk or for commercial purposes
• Re-sell, re-broadcast, or redistribute availability data obtained through the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract API keys or credentials embedded in the App
• Circumvent the App’s purchase mechanism or abuse the alert system
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

5. Data Accuracy and Availability

Appointment availability displayed in the App is sourced from the publicly accessible TTP scheduler and refreshed on a best-effort schedule (watched centers are typically checked about every 90 seconds; all other centers about every 20 minutes). By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Availability is not real-time — an appointment shown in the App may already be taken by the time you open the official website
• Alert notifications may be delayed or occasionally not delivered due to network conditions, device power-saving modes, or push-infrastructure behavior outside our control
• The public scheduler may change, throttle, or become unavailable without notice, which can degrade or interrupt the Service
• “Last checked” timestamps in the App show exactly how fresh the displayed data is

6. Purchases and Payments

The App offers a single optional one-time purchase (“Pro unlock”, $4.99 USD or local equivalent). By purchasing, you agree to the following:

What Pro Unlocks

• Appointment alerts: watch a single center, an entire state, or every US center nationwide (fair-use cap applies)
• “Before a date” filter — only hear about appointments earlier than the date you pick
• Faster checking (~90 seconds) for the centers you watch

Billing

• Payment is charged once to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• This is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no trial, and no automatic renewal.
• The unlock is tied to your store account and can be restored on a new device via “Restore purchases” on the paywall.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. For assistance, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

Alert Expiry (Fair Use)

Individual alerts expire automatically — at your chosen “before” date, or after at most 60 days — and can be renewed in the App with one tap. This keeps the alert system fast and reliable for everyone. The Pro unlock itself never expires.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, code, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Kovan Apps Yazılım Ltd. Şti. and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. “Global Entry” and related program names are the property of their respective government agencies and are used solely to describe the public data the App presents. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

• Google Play Services — Core device functionality (Android)
• Firebase — Anonymous authentication, cloud functions, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, app check (Android & iOS)
• RevenueCat — One-time purchase validation (Android & iOS)
• OpenFreeMap — Map tile delivery (Android & iOS)
• TTP Scheduler (ttp.cbp.dhs.gov) — Public appointment availability data

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies and terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of appointment availability data
• Delivery or timeliness of alert notifications
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• Fitness for any particular purpose, including securing any appointment
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOVAN APPS YAZILIM LTD. ŞTİ. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Missed, delayed, or undelivered alert notifications
• Appointments that were taken by others before you completed booking
• Travel plans, fees, or expenses made in reliance on information displayed in the App
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kovan Apps Yazılım Ltd. Şti. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ankara, Turkey.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
