Welcome to MeloMatch, a music-based dating application operated by Kovan Apps Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Kovan Apps Ltd governing your access to and use of the MeloMatch mobile application.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MeloMatch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the App.
If we discover that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information and terminate the account. Report underage users to info@kovanapps.com.
To use MeloMatch, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including a valid phone number, name, age, gender, profile photos, and music preferences. You agree to maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Upon identification: content is immediately removed, the responsible account is permanently banned, and the incident is reported to appropriate law enforcement and the NCMEC CyberTipline in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
MeloMatch provides in-app report and block functions. All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. We employ both automated systems (Firebase Cloud Vision API) and human moderation to detect and remove inappropriate content.
By uploading content, you represent that you own or have necessary rights to it, and grant Kovan Apps Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscription options are available.
All payments are processed through your Google Play account in your local currency including applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancel any time through Google Play: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → MeloMatch → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively through Google Play's refund policy. Contact Google Play support to request a refund.
MeloMatch integrates with Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, Spotify API, and Sentry. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
The MeloMatch App, including its design, features, functionality, logos, and software code, is owned by Kovan Apps Ltd and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOVAN APPS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kovan Apps Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another person.
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting info@kovanapps.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or technical/security concerns.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Turkey. For EU/EEA users, you may also contact your local consumer protection authority.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of MeloMatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
