Police Codes is a free, ad-supported reference application that provides searchable lists of police, fire, EMS, and emergency service radio codes and signals for U.S. states. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should use the App only with parental guidance.

The code data displayed in Police Codes is curated from publicly available sources and is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the data is complete, current, accurate, or applicable to any specific agency or jurisdiction.
The free tier of the App is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of advertisements. Ad content is controlled by Google and subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Purchasing Police Codes Pro removes all advertising.
The App offers Police Codes Pro, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ($2.99 USD or local equivalent). The Pro purchase unlocks:
Purchases are processed and managed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective terms. The Pro entitlement is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and is restorable on devices signed in to the same account.
The Police Codes App, including its design, interface, code, logos, curated data set, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Kovan Apps Yazılım Ltd. Şti. and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kovan Apps Yazılım Ltd. Şti. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ankara, Turkey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
